I am a ‘hands-on’ Digital Creative Director with over 20 years industry experience creating content and campaigns that delight audiences, drive engagement and produce real results for my clients.

Whatever the deliverables, websites, games, print, POS, brand identity, animation, DOOH or in-venue interaction, I believe in finding that extra 'spark' of fun, excitement or emotion, to deliver work that truly shines.

CREATIVE, DIRECTOR

I've always been a creative leader, trusted to build, lead and mentor teams of designers and developers. I work closely with planning, strategy and production teams and the clients themselves to develop the right creative brief and lead the team in producing work that we can all be proud of.

I'm also a 'hands-on' creative - I design, write, draw and animate every day whilst leading and directing my team at Remo Creative.

FILM MARKETING

I have produced digital campaign creative for over 100 film titles. From Digital Designer through to leading my own teams as Creative Director, I’ve spent over 20 years working for for the big film studios.

During that time I have led on dozens of international digital campaigns, produced countless pan-European (and global) websites, games, interactive applications, digital ads, animations and everything in else between.

DISNEY

I've been lucky enough to count Disney as a client for over 20 years. From Designer to Creative Director, I've been responsible for campaign creative for dozens of films. Here's a quick snapshot of just some of the work the team and I have produced.

MOANA

For the release of Disney's Moana, we produced a platform game featuring the film's coconut-clad mini-pirates, creating all assets from illustration to animation.

EL ROYALE

A couple of games for Fox's slick new 'film noir', Bad Times at the El Royale.

FERDINAND

For 20th Century Fox, my team produced a suite of 5 games for the international release of Ferdinand. The games are built in HTML for cross-device play have been localised for 23 territories.

PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN

I've lead the creation of numerous pan-European websites, interactive apps, games, display advertising and even a 'real' Pirate Island on Google Earth for a number of Disney's Pirates franchise films.

MAZE RUNNER

For the release of 20th Century Fox's Maze Runner series finale, Death Cure, we produced a retro-inspired maze game, inluding a multiplayer mode (no longer available) and packed full of mini-challenges. Localised across 18 territories we also produced a cut-down version of the game for Snapchat.

ZOOTOPIA

Another stand-out game for Disney, achiving over 4 million plays across 5 territories in the 12 weeks around film launch, with an average play-time of over 5 minutes.

MALEFICENT

And international toolkit of website, games and activities for the release of Disney's live action Maleficent.

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT

I have overseen the team and rolled up my sleeves to help create dozens of digital campaigns, websites, games and advertising for various kids and family entertainment brands, including Disney, Xbox, PlayStation, Cartoon Network, BBC, Tottenham Hotspur and the Premier League.

CLANGERS

Originally invited to pitch for all Clangers digital work, I oversaw the first official website for the new TV series. My team has also produced games, social assets and digital advertising and we've recently rolled out the new-for-2019 Clangers.com website.

SCREAM STREET

Digital content for the new Coolabi/BBC series, Scream Street. We produced the website and 2 games - Resus Rocks and the spooky-selfie-making, iScream

POPPY CAT

Clients Coolabi wanted a new online destination for Poppy Cat fans. The result is a family-friendly simple site and 2 cute games.

THE MR MEN SHOW

A smash-hit pinball game to promote the (then) new Mr Men Show - placed on Miniclip, the game received over 10 millions plays in it's first few weeks and over 50 million in the subsequent year (requires Flash).

TOTTENHAM TURFIES

I was the Creative Director for Tottenham Hotspur FC's all new digital kids campaign, Tottenham Turfies which ran for 5 years from 2013. Created from scratch, the campaign required an entire new brand and included building an online destination where kids could customise their 'Turfie', decorate their 'turf', buy virtual goods, play games, win trophies, collect player cards and a whole lot more!

SHAUN THE SHEEP

My team was approached by Aardman and the BBC to create the official website and games for their (at the time) new show, Shaun the Sheep, now a global phenomenon. Let the sheep-based punns begin...

PREMIER LEAGUE KIDS

My team and I created a suite of 6 games for the Premier League Kids digital campaign.

XBOX 360

For a number of years, I led our production team in the creation of various digital engagement content for Xbox, including online games, websites, interactive tools and animations

FMCG/RETAIL

Alongside my work for entertainment and kids brands, I've also worked on many well-known FMCG and retail brands - campaign creative and social assets for Procter & Gamble and Unilever, websites and games for Lego, Hasbro and Alpha Group and branding and artwork for new beer brand Creative Juices.

CREATIVE JUICES

I've been responsible for the branding, packaging and artwork for this new boutique beer brand... so it looks as good as it (will eventually) taste.

ALPHA GROUP

Alpha Group is one of China's biggest producers of animation and toys. Their new UK team approached my own agency Remo to create their new toy product website... which we did :)

LEGO

Games and digital advertising for Lego, including sub-brands Minifigures, Lego Games and Lego Heroica.

HASBRO

For 2012, we were engaged by SuperAwesome/Hasbro to create the all-new My Little Pony Friendship Club website - a members-only site full of games, activities, gameification elements and community-focussed challenges.

APPLETISER

Numerous internal and consumer-facing social assets and animations for drinks brand Appletiser.

TECHNOLOGY

With a strong background in creating content that entertains, I've been able to bring that same sense of fun to some of the world's biggest tech brands.

Deliverables have included branding, websites, online advertising, infographics, interactive training tools and games.

VMWARE

For their 'Life in the Fast Lane' campaign, we created a multi-track racing game for VMware. As a fun way to convey their products' features, the game was filled with product-themed powers-ups and was a massive success - it also included Facebook integration to allow players to compete against their friends' times.

MICROSOFT

Over the years I've been responsible for various Microsft projects inlcuding internal training applications, B2B comms, hardware product marketing and even developing a new story-telling service for Windows Live Messenger.

NOMINET

A Webby-Award-winning website for Nominet documenting the highs and lows of 'the internet'. Completed while part of the team at agency Brands2Life.

REDTAIL

A brand refresh, product animation and website for the US-based telematics company, Redtail.

GE

Various internal and B2B comms creative for the multinational conglomerate, specifically their wind, solar and turbine energy divisions.

INTEL

An interactive training tool for a live Intel event (launching soon)

PUBLISHING & IP

Digital and print campaign collateral covering websites, games, print advertising, POS, merchandising, and retail display units across a huge range of titles for HarperCollins and rights owner Coolabi across a range of kids and adult book brands and authors.

ANIMATED BOOK COVER

For HarperCollins, a range of book cover animations to promote various titles across their numerous social channels

David Walliams

For the past 4 years, Remo has been the creative agency of choice for print and digital campaign collateral for David Walliams range of titles. We've produced everything from print advertising to POS materials, social content and digital display advertising.

BOOK TRAILERS

Numerous trailers and Youtube bumpers for book launches across a whole range of titles.

BEAST QUEST

Beast Quest is a publishing phenomenon with over 100 books in the series. My team created the official website back in 2014 including an HTML game and have recently been engaged to develop the all-new 2019 website.

DARKMOUTH

A website and game for HarperCollins Children's Books' Darkmouth series.

IN-VENUE

From pop-up museum exhibitons to location-based gaming tech like Flight Club and even 'urinal games' (yes, really) My team and I have created experiences that take our digital expertise to live audiences in-venue.

FLIGHT CLUB

I've been immensely proud to have been a part of Flight Club's journey to 'social darts' superstardom since the very beginning. My team and I were responsible for developing the product from it's inception including all on-screen tech - the customer user interface, the games, scoring systems, leaderboards, animation and admin controls... in fact, everything bar the camera tech.

NATIONAL ARMY MUSEUM

PR agency Woof approach me to create an interactive experience for the National Army Museum's 'Waterloo 200' pop-up events, commemorating the Battle of Waterloo.

My team and I created a touchscreen app full of games and a competition menchanic, which was installed in their pop-up exhibition space

CAPTIVE MEDIA

Urinal games. Yep, that's right. Captive Media's innovative tech solution is a screen that sits above the urinal and detects your... ahem... 'stream'... which we then use to control the games. We've made numerous games across a number of famous drink and lifestyle brands
